Fees are charged monthly and are due on the 1st of the month and can be paid by cash, cheque or money order. Please make cheques payable to Sir Andrew’s.

If you are paying your fees by cheque, the centre requests that you issue 6 months post-dated cheques to be held by the centre. This ensures your fees are paid on time and you avoid added charges. Please date all cheques for the 1st of every month.

There is a $30.00 charge on all NSF and returned cheques. Returned cheques must be re-issued immediately and include the additional charge. A second time offence will result in a cash or certified cheque only policy.

All fees are non-refundable. Your child’s participation in our Programs constitutes a contract. Fees are like rent and are due regardless of illness, vacations, cancellations or closures.

There will be a $30.00 service charge for fees that are over one week late. You will be issued a warning note after which the charge will be added to your fees and is payable immediately.

Fees over 40 days will result in the immediate dismissal of your child from the centre until fees have been paid. Failure to pay fees can and will terminate your child’s spot at the Centre.

All fees and charges are subject to change. There will be one month’s notice of any change in fees.
Receipts will be issued each month. Please retain the receipts for income tax purposes. Duplicates will be issued upon request at a charge of $1.00 each.

From time to time, there may be extra costs charged for some fieldtrips and activities. Costs can include but are not limited to bus fares, admission fees, hot lunches, etc. These charges will be posted well in advance of activities.

During Spring Break and Non-Instructional Days, Children enrolled in the School-Aged Program will be charged an extra all-day fee. We do not charge extra for days with early dismissals or during the first week of school when children might not attend school all day. As with all our fees, there is no refunds for days not attended. However, please let staff know if your child will not be attending the Centre during School Holidays or Non-Instructional Days, as they arise.

Our Summer Camp Program (July & August) has a different fee structure than our regular programs. While there is no increase in fees for our Summer Camp Program, some children will pay more due to the nature of their regular programs. For instance, children in the School Aged program will incur larger fees because they are moving from a part time program to an all day program. Similar the Preschool program does not operate during the summer but Preschool children may attend the Summer Camp
program but will incur higher fees because it is an all day program rather than a morning only program. Fees will be published at the beginning of June before the Centre starts the Summer Program.

For those children not attending Summer Camp but wishing to return in the fall, regular program fees are still due and payable as usual. Failure to pay your regular program fee will result in the loss of your spot. You will have to re-register when your child returns.
